| It is true that the IRS will require all tax preparers in the United States to complete Continuing Education starting in 2012 (see IRS website ). They have not dictated to us what or how the testing might work, we will keep you updated as we find out, but we plan on our test being compliant with the federal mandate. As for 2011, there is no IRS requirement. |

The second option is the $39.95+s/h Traditional Book option, which we send you a printed book and you can take the course and fax or send in your answers, as always you can also do it online also. We will email your certificate unless you mark the box that states you want it mailed. |

| Yes, the online test is exactly the same as the printed one, it is designed to save our customers time and add to your convenience. Once you login, you will see a link to take the test online, you may start the test at anytime and quit whenever you like, you do not have to complete the test all in one sitting. All answers are saved once you hit continue. Finally, if you skipped any questions, you will be reminded of unanswered questions before you submit the test. |

| We allow you to retake the exam if you fail the first time at no expense to you. If you fail a second time, which has not happened yet, we will charge you an $10 additional charge. |
